Orders over $99 receive free standard shipping in the contiguous US (mainland 48 states). Most items are delivered in 4-7 business days. 

Express Shipping
Did you say you ordered it but forgot? We can help, but it will cost Ya! We can arrange for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or other shipping methods.   Gulp!

Hawaii and Alaska
We are unable to calculate shipping charges in the shopping cart for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please complete all purchasing in the shopping cart Tadpole Adaptive will contact you with the specific shipping costs. Your credit card will not be charged until you authorize the shipping amounts. Please contact customer service with any questions.

International Shipping
In many cases, we can arrange international shipping. Please Contact Us to discuss specific costs and procedures. International orders are subject to a $500 USD minimum.  

Incomplete Orders
Please let us know immediately if your item arrives incomplete.  In many cases, positioning items and accessories are individually packaged and shipped unattached to the main item. We will work to get you the items needed, inform you of any unexpected back orders, or correct any ordering errors dealing with standard equipment vs. accessories. 

Shipping Damage
Shipping Damage is seen upon delivery of the package, or discovered immediately upon opening the item. It is your responsibility to open all received packages and inspect the contents. In either case, Tadpole Adaptive must be notified within 3 business days at 877-698-2376 to report any shipping damage claims. 

External box damage observed at time of delivery 
When the item is delivered, inspect the box. If any damage to the box is observed, write “Damaged” on the shipping receipt. Open the package and inspect the contents for any actual product damage. Save all cartons and packaging materials in case return to the manufacturer is necessary. Contact Tadpole Adaptive within 3 days to report the carton damage and determine if any of the product contents are damaged.  

Internal product damage discovered after delivery
Open and inspect all packages immediately. Tadpole Adaptive must be informed within 3 business days of receipt of the package to begin an effective shipping damage claim. Save all cartons, packaging materials, and items.

If a shipping damage claim is filed, Tadpole Adaptive’s customer service will discuss the options and remedies appropriate to the specific situation.  With any shipping damage claim, time is of the essence. If damage is not reported in a timely manner, remedy options may be limited.

Furniture Assembly
