Samantha, who is 6 years old, received a hospice diagnosis 2 years ago after experiencing recurrent and severe vomiting and difficulty breathing. Subsequent tests revealed that her brain stem was affected by inflammation, leading to the degeneration of certain cells. The cause of this condition is not known. She relies on a ventilator and G-tube for 24/7 care and has been refused a P Pod chair on two occasions. It is hoped that a special chair will provide Samantha with an alternative to her current bed and stroller.

Getting her a Freedom Concepts Chillout Chair would provide her a safe and comfortable chair to relax in. We greatly appreciate any help we can get!
